Who We Are

The Partnership for Medicaid Home-Based Care (PMHC) is a collaborative organization representing home care agencies, associations, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), payers, and business affiliates. Our mission is to improve the quality and integrity of home and community-based services (HCBS) through policy advocacy and the development of cost-effective solutions.

At PMHC, we recognize the crucial role of home and community-based care in the Medicaid program, and we are committed to advancing and supporting public policies that strengthen and secure the Medicaid program for care recipients and taxpayers alike. Our goal is to provide cost-effective policy solutions that advance quality home-based care as a person-centered solution for federal and state governments, Medicaid managed care, ACOs, and other integrated healthcare models.
